Calls and Handovers
Configure shared numbers, team availability, transfers and delegation around how work reaches the right person. Match the arrangement to reception, customer-facing teams and distributed colleagues.
We bring telephony, video, messaging and meeting spaces into a practical communications setup for your organisation. Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Wildix are selected, integrated and configured around the people using them.
A customer calls reception and needs someone in another country.
A colleague needs to bring a specialist into the conversation.
A supplier joins a meeting from outside the organisation.
These are the situations we design for. Who should be reachable? What information needs to be in the conversation? How do people join, share and continue working afterwards?
We turn those requirements into the calling arrangements, collaboration settings and user guidance the organisation needs.
1
Configure shared numbers, team availability, transfers and delegation around how work reaches the right person. Match the arrangement to reception, customer-facing teams and distributed colleagues.
2
Structure communication spaces, channels, access and presence so people can find colleagues, bring the right group together and keep conversations connected to the work they concern.
3
Connect conversations with the documents, resources and shared content teams use to get work done. Configure file access, libraries, links and workspace structures so information remains available in the right context rather than scattered across separate tools.
4
Bring task management, project tools, workflows and business applications into the collaboration environment where appropriate. This can include Microsoft Planner and other Microsoft 365 services, as well as third-party platforms and line-of-business applications.
5
Configure meeting access, guest participation, screen sharing, shared content and agreed recording options. Validate the experience for organisers, internal participants, partners and people joining from outside the organisation.
6
Connect the room experience with calendars, meeting platforms and remote participants. Our capability includes Teams Rooms and Cisco conferencing, with equipment planning, installation and technical validation covered through Workplace & Collaboration Deployments.
Explore Workplace & Collaboration Deployments →Not every organisation needs to put every conversation on the same platform. Existing calling services, customer workflows and external partners may make a mixed environment the practical choice.
We establish which platform handles business calls, where team conversations take place and how meetings are joined. Any required integration is checked against supported functions and real user behaviour.
That includes the distinction between an application appearing inside another platform and the two services genuinely sharing the calling or collaboration functions you need.
We agree how guests, shared content, recordings, transcripts and AI-assisted meeting features should be handled before enabling them broadly.
Configuration follows the organisation's access and information-handling requirements, using the controls available in the selected platform. Where broader retention, DLP or data-protection work is needed, our information-governance specialists can address it alongside the communications deployment.
We test with the people who will use the service: a receptionist handing over a call, a remote participant joining a room meeting, an external guest sharing content and an administrator supporting the setup.
Training focuses on those everyday tasks. The handover makes clear how users get help, who manages changes and where issues should be escalated.
Show us how your teams call, meet and work with customers. We will identify the changes that would make those interactions simpler and put the right setup in place.
